First download the latest GEAR driver:
ftp://downloads.gearsoftware.com/pub/updates/windows/win32/drivers/Driver_Installer.exe
Please go to http://www.windowsupdate.com/
and download all of the critical and driver updates. Try uninstalling the
software that came with your burner as well as the CD burner's driver.
Go to your CD-RW drive manufacturer's web site and install
any driver updates available for your CD-RW. If there are any Firmware updates,
it is very important to install those also. Now reinstall Pyro.
